Now this is a superb event!!
If you have the chance to have a go at rafting it is something that you should not miss.
Whether you head to the man made courses in Nottingham orNorthampton. Or, go further a field for some natural white water inScotlandorWalesthe trill is always there.
You will get wet, a bit scared, thrown around all over the place but come out sporting a huge grin as the thrill of the white water will have you buzzing with excitement all weekend.
You need to be confident in the water as you may well find yourself in there at some point.
However, your safety is taken very seriously and you will be provided with wetsuits, life jackets and helmets to ensure that you do not get injured. Throughout your session you will have an instructor with you who will ensure that you get the most out of your experience whilst being safe at the same time.
Before you plunge into the white water your instructor will spend time with you to in still waters. This given them time to get you all comfortable with the instructions they will us throughout your session and to get a feel for the raft and the equipment you will be using. This is also a great time to expel any of those last minute nerves.
This event is not something that you get to do very often so maybe your stag or hen do is the perfect time to have a go. One thing is for sure, if you do choose white water rafting as your event it will be a party that you never forget.
