What is particularly interesting is the  reality of the situation. All you need to do is read some of the many testimonials we get from our customer to get a feel for what are the highlights of the weekend. More often than not it is the activities in the daytime that make the party, not the boozy night!

You may argue that this is simply because they have drunk so much that they cannot remember the night out. However, our customers would suggest not.

Lets be clear, we are by no means trying to party poop in the article, the nights out are a huge part of stag and hen parties and should continue to be so. We just thought we would share some of our experience in order to create the perfect recipe for the most incredible events.

As best man or chief bridesmaid, you have been working hard to arrange the stag or hen. So, you are ready to let your hair down and most certainly do not want this to be a boring drab night out. So plan ahead and then party, party, party!

• Plan activities in the daytime, it will make beer o’clock later.
• Make sure beer o’clock is at a time to suit your party, if you are bunch of party animals that are always out on the town you may be fine to start drinking early early. If you have a family and don’t get out much, be realistic and start on the pop later. Or, you will be in bed before it gets dark!
• Feed the stags and hens. It sounds obvious but with a big group of people a meal on the run can be hard work and often gets skipped if not planned. So, as the best man or chief bridesmaid, have a plan to eat before you start on the sauce big time. Lads don’t panic, we are not suggesting a posh sit down dinner, just make sure the first pub can supply  burger and chips before things get messy!

Both of the brides-to-be have seen images of their fiancés enjoying crazy antics on their stag dos in recent weeks and are now preparing plans for a better party than their future husbands.

In a recent interview on ITV show ‘This Morning,’ the girls revealed that were keen to compete on who could throw the wildest pre-marriage party.

Rochelle, who is marrying JLS heart-throb Marvyn Humes later this year, claimed that it would be difficult to top her fiance’s stag do in the United States.

According to stv.tv, she said: “It looked like he was having a whale of a time. He was handcuffed to a dwarf, he went in a helicopter, he was in the casino 24/7, he wore a bikini. I was with my new in-laws cooking.”

Una Healy, whose fiancé Ben Foden was photographed naked during his stag party, admitted that they had to cope with the fact that half the world will probably see what goes on.

According to dailymail.co.uk, she said: “We have to see what our fiancés do. For most people what goes on stag stays on stag, whereas we get to see it all.”

Martine McCutcheon headed to Paris, Ben Foden rather famously got caught with his pants down (literally) in Barcelona and JLS out in the states celebrating Marvin Humes last days of freedom with a bachelor party in Las Vegas and Miami!

Funnily enough the export of our stars overseas does not seem to be work both ways. At Crocodile Events we have not been contacted by any of Hollywood’s A list for a party in the UK.

This got us thinking as to how the last weekend of freedom is celebrated in different countries.

If you asked people around the world they may not have any idea what a stag do is! This does not mean this is an entirely British event though.

In the US they call the celebration a Bachelor Party as do the Canadian’s. The South Africans have a Bull’s Party, which doesn’t exactly sound like a tame affair! Then we are left with the Aussies who have their Buck’s night..

No matter what the country in question the celebration seems to take a similar form, alcohol and lots of it.

For once the UK are ahead of the game with a well established industry offering adrenalin and laughter fuelled activities. Admittedly often a a precursor to a rather large night out.

This is not so much the case abroad although in the states we are starting to see some great companies establish themselves like Firefly Events to show the Americans how we do it over here..

So, I think we will have take Crocodile Events on tour and show these guys how to organise a real stag or hen weekend to remember.

Foden was photographed naked in a strip club during a particularly wild part of his stag party in Barcelona last month and there had been rumours in the press that Healy was furious.

However, the singer revealed on ITV chat show ‘Alan Carr’s Chatty Man’ last week that she actually found the photos quite amusing.

According to metro.co.uk, she said: “I feel so sorry for him and embarrassed that the whole world got to see what he did on his stag when he did nothing wrong. It was harmless. He was up on the stage and got his pants pulled down. I couldn’t stop laughing when I saw the picture.”

Foden’s antics were an example of what often happens on a typical stag weekend abroad, especially when boisterous rugby players are involved. According to thesun.co.uk, Healy was already aware of what happened well before the photos surfaced and was completely fine with it.

“It was unfortunate the whole world got to see him having fun. I think it is funny and I have no problem with it. When you are in a lovely, committed relationship and you totally trust someone you know they are not going to be unfaithful,” she added.

We are seeing a few trends emerge and thought we would share them with you. Let’s call this The Good, The Bad and The Ugly of Facebook and Stag Parties.

The Good

Many stag and hen parties planners would argue that Facebook is the “best mans best friend” and people can’t do without it. If all of the lads are on Facebook then it is superb as could care share web links to decide which events to go for. Create an event to keep track of who is attending and generally communicate with everyone in the party easily.

The Bad

Much to the amazement of many organisers not everyone uses Facebook and more importantly not everyone bothers to check it a religiously as others.

The assumption that just posting something on Facebook. Then, sitting back in your pipe and slippers whilst the others leap into action is a dangerous one. We are experiencing this first hand as the lads attending a stag do are missing key deadlines as the best man has not let them know important details, like when to pay for example!

So, just using Facebook is a bad idea, keep everyone up to date with texts and e-mails too, this will make sure you do not miss anyone out. You may even (heaven forbit) have to pick the phone up and speak to people every now and then too!

So, it is terrible, yes?????

The Ugly

After a few beers on a stag do it is official, Facebook is a bad idea. We recently had a pictures posted of the groom to be in a rather compromising position with a stripper. The lads obviously forgot that they were friends with the Bride to be on Facebook too… ouch!

Also text messages are private, Facebook is not and after a few beers stags are forgetting the difference with a stag recently posting “is Anonymous still out or, has he gone back with that bird” again forgetting that Mr Anonymous has a better half at home… double ouch…

It can of course be argued that it serves these guys right that they got caught out (I would agree) but if the old adage “what goes on tour stays on tour” is to survive in the modern world Facebook needs to be treated with caution.

So, after going round the houses, Facebook can be very useful indeed if used properly, equally it can cause all sorts of problems if you don’t use is sensibly. So, our advise is engage your brain before you get your smartphone out on log into your Facebook app and most definitely don’t bother at all once the beer starts flowing. What may be a bit of harmless banter to you at the time can cause some serious problems.

Being the first of the band to get hitched, Fletcher has expressed his concern that he is being singled out for some of the more “crazy” antics. He even claimed that the party could be so extreme they put off having another stag do like it for fear of the same thing happening again.

Fletcher’s bandmates were also keen to add to Fletcher’s nerves, with guitarist Danny Jones, bassist Dougie Poynter and drummer Harry Judd quipping that the weekend would include midgets, lamp-posts, a bathtub, a bowling ball or perhaps “eight gallons of sour cream”.

Speaking to heatworld.co.uk ahead of the band’s headline show at London’s Hammersmith Apollo, Fletcher explained: “The UK tour is almost over and the wedding’s coming up fast. I can’t believe it.

“I’m more nervous about the stag do though, I have no idea what the other boys have organised for me but there are a whole load of us guys going and I’ve been warned that it’s going to be messy. I need to get through that in one piece before I start thinking of the big day. I’m not sure I’ll make it.

According to Hellomagazine.com, the group of seven ladies stayed in the hotel made famous by ‘Sex and the City’ – Hotel Plaza Athenee – and each wore a tuxedo for one of their big nights in the city.

In fact, the group got so crazy that one night they were booted out of the Louvre museum. The ‘Perfect Moment’ singer revealed: “We had photographs taken by the River Seine and at the Louvre. We actually got kicked out of the Louvre because we were literally stopping traffic. We were told that had never happened before.”

McCutcheon confirmed that she had a fantastic time on the trip, stating that the ladies had sore throats all the way home from all the “talking and laughing” they had done. In addition to celebrating her upcoming nuptials, the actress said the break provided a great chance for her and her friends to catch up.

“It’s so hard for us all to get together because our lives are so busy and we’re travelling all over the place, doing different things. But when we do meet up, we have such a ball.”

McCutcheon will marry her fiance Jack McManus later in 2012, Huffingtonpost.co.uk revealed.

According to nzcity.co.nz, the boy band has hired an MI5 agent to help organise a ‘James Bond’-themed stag party, although the group continues to remain tight-lipped about the event’s destination.

Aston, Ortise and JB are likely to have already prepared their upmarket tuxedos for the celebrations, but are refusing to let their bandmate Marvin know where the party is taking place.

Aston recently boasted to The Daily Star: “The best part about it is that when he leaves the house he’ll have no idea where he’s going. Hell have his passport and that’s it.

“There’ll be no airline ticket or anything and we’ve given the pilot strict instructions not to announce where the plane is going. He could be going to the sun or up a mountain. He won’t know. The organiser used to work for MI5.”

The revelation about the MI5 organiser represents the first facts that the JLS boys have revealed about the stag party since Marvin proposed to his pop star girlfriend Rochelle Wiseman last Christmas.

Marvin appears to be growing increasingly frustrated at the secretive nature of his bandmates. He complained: “I have no idea. They won’t tell me whether to pack shorts or a coat.”

Tickets for The Wildboyz Show, starring Alex Reid, Danny Young, Marcus Patrick and Dale Howard, are now available in a variety of locations across the UK.

The adults-only show, which will no doubt involve a fair few scantily-clad men and plenty of muscle-flexing, is likely to attract plenty of lively crowds preparing for a mad night out. The show could well be the perfect entertainment for fun-loving ladies enjoying a wild hen weekend.

Former Coronation Street heart-throb Danny Young, who sent plenty of pulses racing when he appeared topless on a recent series of ‘Dancing On Ice’, has claimed that he cannot wait to get the show on the road.

Speaking to thisiskent.co.uk, he said: “The show is very funny, very tongue-in-cheek and plays on the stereotypical portrayal of the celebrity world.”

According to thisislincolnshire.co.uk, the show begins with the four hunks en route to a friends’ stag party in Bali. When their plane is diverted by an ash cloud, they end up in a cheap Spanish hotel where they are forced to provide the entertainment for a hen group sharing their accommodation.

The Wildboyz tour begins on the 24th April and will touch down in 21 locations across the UK.
