Is my money safe?
Yes, we hold the money you pay in a Client’s Trust Account with Natwest Bank in accordance with the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.
Why a Client’s Trust Account?
This means that you money is completely safe. Your funds remain in this account until after the date of your event. So, if in the unlikely event Crocodile Events were to go into liquidation your money would be safe.
How long have you been Trading?
Crocodile Events Ltd was established in 2002. During this time we have built up great relationships with the best suppliers in our industry. Ensuring you the best possible event.
Are you ABTA members?
No, ABTA is another way of ensuring that the company you work with are protecting your money. ABTA members protect your money by buying an insurance policy to cover you in case they go bankrupt. It is important to note that this is not a guarantee that ABTA members will not go bankrupt. Simply an alternative way of protecting your funds should this happen.
How do you store our card details if we pay over the phone?
In short, we don’t. All payments you make with us over the phone are processed immediately using SagePay.
Are online transactions Secure?
All online transactions take place on a secure server. Once again these payments are processed by SagePay. So, you can be assured of your card security when making payments online.
Do I have to collect money from my friends?
All of your guests can pay us directly for their place. So, you are not paying for people upfront.
Is my booking flexible?
Yes, the number of people on your booking can change (and nearly always do) until 30 days prior to your event. This means that if people drop out you will not be charged. Occasional exceptions do apply to this but this will be explained to you very clearly to make sure you are happy.
