"Sian Kirby at Crocodile Events was very helpful from start to finish and helped tailor our day to make it a most enjoyable time for all of us. Thank you Sian! In terms of what could be made better, we were disappointed that when we got to the karaoke pod it was not ready and we were almost half an hour late being shown to the booth. There were only 2 staff serving at the bar so there were also delays in us getting served whilst we were waiting and I had to ask for the complimentary champagne we had been promised as part of our package! The same thing happened when we arrived at the disco cruise, only 2 staff serving behind the bar (prior to boarding) and when we finally got served they had ran out of Sangria much to our disappointment."
