spa day & meal

"The pamper day was great ,the staff who did the massages were excellent and friendly.The restaurant meal was also a highlight,everyone told me their meal wastasty and portions were generous.The staff were friendly and accomodating as we had some dietary requirements to cater for.Next time the ratio of staff to guests at the spa could be improved as 3 therapists were employed to give massages to 11 ladies.This wasn`t enough as we had to go in groups of 3 and the last guests didn`t have massages till 4 which meant they were rushing to get ready at night for the evening event.Staff at spa event said we had to report to desk at 1(all of us ie 11)to start the massages so we only got a short time to use the spa facilities as we arrived at 11.This was un-necessary as only 3 could go in at one time.Also we had to fill in paperwork about health etc which took quite a bit of time.This could be sent to the “hen” to distribute to group prior to the event.Despite the few snags we all had a good time and thought it was good value for money."
